SEC 23 / THE WATCH

Someone has your family. By name.

When you ship, train, or deploy, the hardest part is not always yours. It's the people at home, counting days. The Watch is being stood up for them.

One named person. Not a hotline.

When someone from the roster ships or deploys, their family will be matched with one person from the network. Someone who has stood in their kitchen during a deployment, or waited through basic themselves. Someone who calls on the quiet weeks and shows up on the loud ones, and knows the difference.

The small things: a ride, a meal, an answer to "is this normal" at nine at night. And the urgent things, where a person who gets it shows up first and helps sort the rest.

STANDING UP · THE WATCH GOES LIVE AS THE FIRST RECRUITS SHIP

We won't pretend it's running before it is. The network stands up as the first Drill Zero Recruits ship, with families matched before the bus leaves. It's on the Where We Are timeline like everything else.
