SEC 13 / THE SCHOOLHOUSE

LEARN THE LANGUAGE BEFORE DAY ONE.

The Schoolhouse is where you learn what the Guard already assumes you know. Short notes in plain words: the systems, the acronyms, the programs recruiters mention in passing. Every note is sourced, and every note gets a pulse check against people serving right now.

SEC 14 / FIELD NOTES

The notes.

In-person Schoolhouse classes run at drills and on weeknights. The calendar has the schedule. These notes are the take-home version.

SEC 15 / THE PULSE CHECK

Why you can trust these notes.

Programs and regulations change, and stale advice is worse than none. Every Schoolhouse note carries a pulse-check date. That is the last time Cadre validated it against current policy and against people serving in the Guard right now. When the rules move, the note moves, and the date resets.

Nothing here is a promise. Your recruiter and your chain of command make every final call. Our job is to make sure you walk in already speaking the language.
